Trailer: The Fighter

This is the one, we've all been waiting for. The official synopsis is below.
Shepherded his half-brother “Irish” Micky Ward (Mark Wahlberg), Dicky had a Rocky-like rise to the world lightweight championship. Ward fought throughout the mid-’80s and ’90s, but he’s best remembered for three battles with Arturo Gotti, two of which went down as the greatest in the history of the sport. Amy Adams plays “a tough, gritty bartender and former college high-jumper” who ends up dating Wahlberg’s character.

Movie Trailer - The Silence

While it's almost assured that most of you will never see this film, it's important that you watch this trailer. This visuals and the emotions it derrives is what most trailers aspire to do. The voiceover is absolutely chilling and the trailer gives you insight on exactly what you can expect out of the film. They really sell you. I wish more trailers were like this.

Here is the trailer for 'The Silence' (Baran bo Odar):

The Avengers : Teaser Trailer

While the trailer doesn't show any content from the film, it gets you excited despite that fact.

Movie Trailer - Unstoppable

Hitting theaters in jsut 3 months, 20th Century Fox is running a little late on the starting promotion for Unstoppable. The film stars Denzel Washington, Chris Pine, and Rosario Dawson. A story based loosely on true events, the story is scripted by Mark Bomback (Live Free or Die Hard and Deception.)

Best Part? Tony Scott is directing. (Top Gun, Man on Fire, Enemy of the State, Deja Vu, The Last Boy Scout.)

Enjoy.

Movie Trailer- Trust

Safe and sound in their suburban home, Will and Lynn Cameron (Clive Owen and Catherine Keener) used to sleep well at night. When their 14-year-old daughter, Annie, made a new friend on-line – a 16-year-old boy named Charlie – Will and Lynn didn?t think much of it. But when Annie and Charlie make a plan to meet what happens in the next twenty-four hours changes the entire family forever. Charlie is really a 40-year-old serial pedophile (Tom McCarthy) and, once Annie?s rape comes to light, it becomes a touchstone event that reverberates through the entire family.

Did you know that David Schwimmer can direct a decent action/thriller flick? This is the most sought out movie at the upcoming Toronto Film Festival. Looks to be solid.

Trailer: The Town

Ben Affleck is back at directing. I was extremely impressed with his directorial debut, Gone Baby Gone. The Town is an adaptaiton of the novel The Prince of Thieves. The story is of a professional thief who falls in love with the manager of a bank that he robbed. It may sound kind of sappy, but the trailer brings a lot of passion. I'm really excited about this project. I'm not sold on the name though.

Due Date - Trailer

Looks like Zach Galifnakis is at it again. This time as a co-star to Robert Downey Jr.

Robert Downey Jr. plays a father trying to make it across the country to see his wife by the time she goes into labor with their child. Zach Galfiniakis is along for the ride. Looks hilarious.

It's Kind of a Funny Story - Trailer

It looks to me that Zach Galfinakis is going to knock another role out of the park. Ever since The Hangover, studios have been wanting to put him in everything because they're sure it will be a home run. This looks to be nothing short of fantastic.

It's Kind of a Funny Story have had a few test screenings in the past few weeks and the reviews are looking very promising.

Mark your calendars for September 24th of this year.

Jack Goes Boating

Phillip Seymour Hoffman is one of the best actors to ever hit the silver screen. He has been awarded 48 times including an Oscar win for outstanding performance in Capote. Hoffman is the actor that you can always stand behind and know that he is going to make a quality film.

'Jack Goes Boating' looks to be a fantastic story. Not only is Phillip Seymour Hoffman starring, he's also directing the film. It will be his first directorial debut. 'Jack Goes Boating' was featured at 2010 Sundance in the premier section. Overture Films just released the first trailer. More than likely you'll see this film in December.

Welcome to the Riley's Trailer

'Welcome to the Riley's premiered at Sundance and did not go over as well as I'm sure they had hoped. But I do see some potential with the film. Its refreshing to see Kristen Stewart do a little outside of the reach of Twilight .James Gandolfini looks to do a great job in the film and I'm really excited to see his performance. Look for a release to theaters on November 5, 2010.

The Social Network - Teaser Trailer 2!

If this is not getting you excited yet for David Fincher's, The Social Network, then you can get out.

Rumor is that Facebook will not let The Social Network film me advertised anywhere on their site. The film looks to showcase the founders of Facebook in a bad light. Enjoy.
